Australian Terms & Conditions:
1.1 It is the customers responsibility to ensure their delivery details and product order is correct upon checkout.1.2 Our courier’s estimate a delivery time of 2-5 business days to Metropolitan areas upon despatch from Houndztooth.
Australia Post estimate a delivery time of 5–10 working days to rural areas once despatched from the Houndztooth.
Please note that Houndztooth does not accept responsibility for delivery delays due to third party delivery services.
1.2 Once your order has been picked up by our couriers, you will receive an email letting you know that it is now on it’s way to you.
1.3 All orders require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise stated at the time or order.
1.4 Should a delivery be “Returned to Sender” due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer or failure to collect the delivery from the designated local post office or courier outlet due to miss-delivery card being left at the delivery address, the order will incur a return to sender fee and freight charges for the original dispatch are non-refundable.
International Terms & Conditions:

1.2 For International deliveries, we estimate a delivery time of 10-21 business days upon despatch depending on location.
1.3 Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for delays due to third party delivery services and unforeseen circumstances such as customs, government stoppages etc.
1.4 Some Countries may charge an entry tax for you to accept your product, this is the recipients responsibility and Houndztooth is not held responsible for these costs.
1.5 Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us so you know that it’s on it’s way to you.

Subscriptions:
When you purchase a subscription you will receive repeat deliveries at the advertised discounted price. The deliveries are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Subscription terms equate to 2 or more purchases over the selected period of time.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each of these deliveries.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration.
If you want to change or cancel your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your Houndztooth account, alternatively you can login into your account on our site. You can manage your subscription from there.
