Where does Houndztooth ship?
Houndztooth ships throughout Australia, New Zealand and globally.
We ship within Australia and around the globe with our select couriers. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. Signatures are required so please leave a note with your order if you would like it to be left without a signature.
Note our couriers cannot deliver to a PO Box, locked bags or parcel lockers, so please ensure you include a street delivery address.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within Australia is $8 per order (excluding heavy items).
Express shipping within Australia is $15 per order (excluding heavy items).
FREE shipping for orders over $80 within Australian (excludes heavy items).
Standard shipping for heavy items within Australia is $15 per order.
Standard international shipping with tracking is $30 per order (excluding heavy items).
Standard international shipping for heavy items with tracking is $50 per 4.5kg.
Heavy items are classified due to their weight and volume and include our 5 litre shampoos and marble pet bowls.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Deliveries will leave our warehouse within 24 hours of being placed or the next business day. Business days are Monday through to Friday. Orders placed on the weekend or Public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Generally Australian orders will arrive within 2-7 working days of placing the order. Western Australian or remote deliveries may take longer.
International shipping times will vary depending on the destination.
All customers will be notified of carrier and tracking number from our warehouse via email address [email protected].
Which credit cards do we accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. All payments are secure.
Can I have my parcel gift wrapped or a card included?
Yes. Please email us as soon as your order is placed with any special details and we will do our best to accommodate.
What happens if I need my delivery urgently?
If you need your order before a certain date contact us to confirm exact delivery times.
What happens if I entered the wrong address with my order?
Please make sure the address is correct at the time of order. If you think the address may not be correct, do email us immediately at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist. However once your order has left the warehouse we cannot redirect. If orders are undeliverable and returned to us for any reason, we will either offer to redeliver and charge a redelivery fee or issue a refund less shipping and handling costs ($15 for Australian orders, $50 for international orders).
